Asking Xike a question about the business and getting the answer

Ask Xike. Example business.

The problem

Today, your business is scattered across many places.

Bills in one system. Staff chats in another. Invoices in email and on paper. Salaries in a spreadsheet. None of them talk to each other, so someone spends the day collecting, checking and typing. Often that someone is you, or people you pay to do it.

Today

  • Salesbilling machine
  • Staff and orderschats and calls
  • Supplier billsemail, paper, photos
  • Paymentsbank SMS and alerts
  • Stocka register, or nowhere
  • Attendancea time clock’s own software
  • CCTVits own app, rarely checked
  • Salariesa spreadsheet
  • ReportsExcel, at month end

To know how the business is doing, you have to ask five people.

With Xike

  • Sales, bills, payments and stock counts in one place
  • Staff messages turn into tasks and requests
  • Supplier invoices read straight from email or a photo
  • Payments checked against the bank alerts in your connected inbox
  • Cameras and time clocks connected
  • Hours and a pay estimate from attendance, for you or your accountant to check. Not payroll: tax and statutory deductions are not included.
  • Your numbers up to date, on your phone

To know how the business is doing, you ask Xike.

Ask Xike

Ask anything about your business. Get the answer in seconds.

No reports to run, no menus to learn. Type or speak, in Hindi, English, Kannada, Tamil and other Indian languages, the way you'd ask your manager. Xike answers from your own sales, stock, bills and team, and is built to tell you when something is missing. AI can be wrong, so check important numbers.

  • “How much did we sell today, compared with last week?”
  • “What's running low?”
  • “How much did we spend with Balaji Traders this month?”
  • “What's my profit this month?”
  • “Who are my best customers?”
  • “What's our busiest hour on Saturdays?”

Works with what you already use

Keep your systems. Xike connects them.

No need to throw anything out. Already bill on Petpooja? Xike reads its daily sales reports by itself. Items and stock come in from a Tally, Marg or Excel export. Your email, bank alerts, staff chats, cameras and machines plug in too, and everything lands in one place. Keep your till. Xike takes items and sales from its exports and reports, and handles stock, supplier bills, payment checks and your team.

Cameras: tell your staff and put up the camera notices your law requires.

Connected: bills

Supplier bills, with almost no typing.

Bills arrive by email or as a photo on someone's phone. Xike reads both, adds them to your purchases and stock once you check them, and ticks each one off when the payment shows in your bank alerts.

From every inbox

Supplier invoices in one email, bank alerts in another? Connect them all. Xike reads each one by itself.

From paper

A handwritten bill? Anyone on the team takes a photo and sends it. Xike reads it; you check it and add it in one tap.

Unpaid bills stay in view

They stay in your morning summary until they're paid.

Connected: stock

Sales and stock, finally talking to each other.

Every sale takes stock down; every bill puts it back up. Running low? Xike tells you, and your supplier gets the order when you say so. Stock going out faster than sales explain shows up the next day, in money, not at month end.

Items used beyond what sales explain, shown in money

Connected: your team

Your staff just send a message. Xike does the follow-up.

On Telegram, free, in Hindi, English, Kannada, Tamil and other Indian languages, by text or voice note: “Paneer is low” becomes a request you approve in one tap. Tasks, checklists, attendance and pay estimates run in the same place, so less depends on someone remembering.

Requests from staff waiting for the owner's approval

If you sell on delivery apps

It reads every payout. You see every rupee the apps take.

Connect the email where Swiggy or Zomato send your payouts. Every statement is read by itself: commission, ads, discounts, penalties, and what to dispute.

Questions

What can I ask Xike?

Anything about your own business: sales, stock, suppliers and bills, payments, customers, your team, profit. Ask the way you'd ask your manager, by typing or speaking. It answers from your own data and is built to tell you when something is missing. AI can be wrong, so check important numbers before you act on them.

Is it hard to learn?

No. If you can send a message, you can use Xike. Your staff use Telegram, which they may already have. It's built to need no training.

Is Xike a billing system?

Not here. Xike isn't a till and doesn't issue receipts, so you keep your till as it is. Xike does the work around it: stock, supplier bills, payment checks, team and reports, with AI doing the daily checks.

I already use another billing system. Can I keep it?

Yes. Keep it; Xike works alongside it and connects everything else. Petpooja's daily sales reports are read by themselves; items and stock come in from a Tally, Marg, Busy or Excel export. Some billing systems don't let other software change them, so a few things, like a price change, need a manual step there; Xike tells you which.

I already use other software. Can I bring my items and stock across?

Yes, two ways. Upload a sheet: an export from Excel, Tally, Marg, Busy or your old system, or a supplier's price list, and Xike picks up names, prices, barcodes and tax codes. Or skip uploads altogether: let your tools keep emailing what they already send (Petpooja's daily sales report, bank alerts, delivery-app payouts, supplier invoices), connect that inbox to Xike once (Gmail, Outlook, Zoho or your own domain), and everything is read automatically every day.

How does the free trial work?

Every new outlet gets 14 days of Xike Business free, with no card needed. We remind you before it ends. If you don't continue, Xike and the AI pause until you renew. Your data is kept, nothing is deleted, and you can export everything at any time. When you choose a plan, it renews automatically until you cancel.

Does Xike take a cut of my sales?

No. Customers pay you directly, by UPI to your own bank account. Xike takes nothing from your sales and never holds your money; your bank or UPI provider may charge its own fees.

Does it work in my country?

Currency and standard tax rates are set up for 32 countries; check each item's rate when you add it (in the US, you enter your own sales tax rate). In some countries (Germany, France, Spain, Italy, Saudi Arabia, Kenya, the Philippines, Thailand, Vietnam, Nepal, Pakistan and Egypt) the law sets strict rules for tills and receipts, and Xike doesn't bill there: you keep your till and use Xike for everything else.

Everything connected. Every answer one question away.
